We came well equipped.Some more organized than others.

Some hams got to work on cleaning the old repeater hut down and then repainted it under the leadership of ZL3KKW.

The solar controller was replaced by Mike ZL3TMB.

Antenna replacement with a folded dipole as the main antenna on the pole has been damaged and water is in the coax cable.Steve ZL2UCX and Richard ZL4FZ climbed the tower with the 1st climb last 75 minutes and the 2nd climb lasted 45 minutes.

It was cold with a nor-easterly wind and visibility was less than 200 meters.

Lunch was eaten and coffee was consumed in the repeater hut while we shelter from the bitterly cold wind. We headed back down at 315pm and got back to clubrooms at 4:55pm.
