- Auction bids accepted from members of Christchurch Amateur Radio Club and kindred clubs.
- Absentee bids to auction@chchhamradio.org.nz by 6pm on Auction Day.
- Transmitters will only be sold to licensed Amateur Radio Operators.
- All items untested unless stated otherwise.
- Members are encouraged to inspect the items on the Auction Table at the Club Meetings before the Auction.
- Whole Dollar bids only.
- Freight, if applicable, paid by the purchaser.
- Payment : Cash at end of auction or by arrangement with the Treasurer.
- Goods remain the property of the club until fully paid for.
