- Absentee bids to auction@chchhamradio.org.nz by 5pm on the day before Auction Day
- Transmitters will only be sold to licensed Amateur Radio Operators
- All items untested unless stated otherwise
- Whole Dollar bids only
- Members are encouraged to inspect the items on the Auction Table at the Club Meetings before the Auction
- Freight, if applicable, paid by the purchaser
- Payment : Cash at end of auction or by arrangement with the Treasurer
- Goods remain the property of the club until fully paid for
