Wiggly Wire

Stage 1.
Stick overlay down with glue.
Cut copper tape strips to length and stick down where shown.
Solder components to copper tape.

Stage 2.
Cut 600mm copper wire, and fit straw sleeves over wire ends.
Glue wiggly wire into holes, and solder wire to one end.
Slide straws down to base board.

 

Stage 3.
Make loop of copper wire on machine.
Solder 400mm of flexible wire to end.
Slide into pen handle and squirt hot glue into ends.

Stage 4.
Glue flexible wire to baseboard.
Add battery.
