- Absentee bids to auction@chchhamradio.org.nz by 6pm on Auction Day
- Transmitters will only be sold to licensed Amateur Radio Operators
- All items untested unless stated otherwise stated.
- Whole Dollar bids only
- Payment : Cash at end of auction or by arrangement with the Treasurer
- Goods remain the property of the club until fully paid for
