The evening started with a stern warning from some rather fierce sounding dude (Big Pete) at the front table, that of the club’s 274 members, about 190 had not yet paid their annual membership fee. (Turns out, I was also one of the naughty ones. I’m gonna have to have stern words with my secretary)....

HamCram+ – December 2019
On the evening of 20th Dec 2019, we held Hamcram+ where several of the new hams got started on their next step into amateur radio with some vhf simplex contacts. Most also really enjoyed an 80m contact with Boyd ZL3LE. A few even ventured onto 705 on the way home from the meeting.
